The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The food was delicious and the breakfast was a highlight. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding.
The staff were unprofessional and not attentive to our needs. We had to wait a long time for service and our requests were often forgotten.

Variety of dishes on breakfast menu. Included aquatic activities such as being taken out sailing on the catamaran. Included soft drinks and juices in room tariff and a welcoming bottle of French bubbly. Included golf buggy is useful as the island is quite hilly. Adults only is peaceful. Layout and landscaping of the resort are superb. Natural views from pavilions, dining and swimming areas are excellent.
Bathroom isn't in a separate room from bed/living area so the sleeping partner is easily disturbed.

We had a city trip to a luxury hotel and the view from our room was fantastic, it overlooked the city skyline. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, they even helped us book tickets to attractions around the city. the location of the hotel was perfect too, it was situated in the heart of the city, close to public transport and shopping centers.
The hotel lacked amenities. the gym was outdated and the pool area wasn't as clean as we expected.

it's nice place. and very good food breackfast and diner it's very very good.
we took package with diner. It's better to take room also. and decide when you here because they're are no advantage for that. And for the price it's better the personel cleanup the floor on the room and private pool sometime.

the exclusive amenities provided made us feel pampered and luxurious. the private facilities in our room were incredible. the sauna and swimming pool were so relaxing and immaculate. the restaurant's food was beyond delicious, and the bar had a great atmosphere. the breakfast had a vast range of options and was of excellent quality.
The only bad thing was that our room's location was a little far from the city center, which wasn't convenient for us as we wanted to explore the area more.

Absolute luxury and relaxation. A wonderful place to relax and re-charge your batteries. Closeness to the Great Barrier Reef and the variety of excursions to see and/or dive or snorkel on the reef were particularly good.

Expensive, but absolute luxury, with stunning scenery.
Very small service errors, which shouldn't happen at this end of the market.

I was hesitant about paying so much for a hotel but I wasn't disappointed. It really is a very special place. Everything is first class and the staff will do all they can to make your stay memorable. It really is magical and my husband and I hope we will return again.

We've stayed at a few resorts all over the world in our time so it was a pleasant surprise to find somewhere that is better than anywhere else we have stayed. It was the little differences at Qualia that made the experience as good as it was. Simple things like checking in and out from the comfort of a lounge chair over looking the ocean with a complimentry drink in my hand, talk about stress free. The Wynward Villa we stayed in was better than it looked on the website. The views were breath taking and everyhing was perfect. The complimentry golf cart to get around the island was cute and very handy. We were tired due to a late arrival and not in the mood for fancy restaurant food, so the concierge offered to go and pick up some pizzas for us from the town and brought them to our room so we could just relax. They look after you well here. The dinner at the Long Pavillion was fantasic, not crowded or noisy and the food and view were perfect.
Having to leave and go back home, and that everywhere else I stay after this will be measured against Qualia and come up short!

Our windward villa is very nice and clean, and it has the amazing view! All the staffs are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Qualia.
Check-out time was a bit early at 11am, and there wasn't any flexibility on that. Not sure if all hotels in Australia have the same early check-out time?
